Looking at Deep Thought Index# 38
The article 'Interenet Addiction: Too Much Time Online' discusses 8-18 year old internet addiction. I personally believe that teenagers spend too much time online. social networks, and updating statuses takes up lots of time and is unhealthy. I believe that teens should spend a maximum of 1 hour on social networks, although the messages part of social networks can have a lot more time spent on it, especially when multi-tasking while messages.
I believe a large problem with teens is mobile gaming. Whenever a teen gets bored, they can just take out their phone and start gaming. This takes time away from being able to just think or view one's surroundings.
