Times where internet usage levels are elevated are when the user has just begun using a new program, game, social network, etc. Usage also spikes when the due date for a school project is near. With the exception of the above mentioned scenarios, media usage by teens and children is considered reasonable because the world we live in now is slowly, albeit surely, transforming into a more digital world.
