I personally believe that teenagers spend an acceptable amount of time online. Teenagers who spend more than 16 hours online are most likely to be addicted to gaming. I use my computer all the time, mostly for music and browsing, it doesn’t affect my daily life. I don’t sacrifice sleep time online nor do I spend money online for games. I don’t think teens should ever be too addicted to the internet, there are so much more interesting things to do with family and friends. It may be hard for people who are addicted to get off the internet and try outdoor acticities, but if they try, they should definitely enjoy it. Lowered grades and depression are bound to happen when addiction appears because those who are addicted spend way too much time online neglecting homework and the world.
